Brad is a well-respected litigation lawyer whose practice has focussed on Estate, Trust and Capacity Litigation since 2006.

His practice includes Will Challenges, Estate Trustee disputes, Trust Variations, Passing of Accounts, Dependent Relief Claims, Guardianship Applications, Power of Attorney Issues, Interpretation of Wills and Trusts, and more.

Brad has appeared at all levels of Court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal, and has successfully defended an Application for Leave to Appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada.
