Prior to joining GSL, Ahmed completed his articles at a boutique litigation firm in Toronto, and then at a labor and employment litigation firm in Ottawa. Ahmed brings diverse litigation experiences he has gained in multiple judicial and administrative forums to his practice.

Ahmed obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in political science and philosophy from the University of Toronto in 2018 where he graduated with the highest academic standing as a graduating political science specialist. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree also from the University of Toronto in 2021.

In his free time, Ahmed enjoys watching soccer. He is also a literature enthusiast and spends many hours reading.
