David Mifsud is the head of the Charity & Non-Profit Law Group. In addition, he provides legal advice and solutions in the areas of wills,  estates & trusts law, as well as corporate & commercial law.

David understands the unique legal issues that can affect the charitable and non-profit sector and assists charitable, non-profit, and co-operative organizations from start up to close down, and everything in between. He assists directors and trustees with ensuring that their organizations are legally compliant and that their personal liability is limited. He also assists members with understanding and enforcing their rights.

David liaises with other lawyers and professionals to assist them in understanding how charity and not-for-profit law issues can affect their clients.
