Lyndsay is an associate lawyer in George Street Law’s litigation group. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, professional liability, employment law, and administrative law in the post-secondary education sector.
Known as a practical and reliable legal professional, Lyndsay is an effective communicator adept at interpreting and simplifying complex concepts for her clients.
With regular appearances before administrative tribunals and the Superior Court of Justice, she takes a solutions-based approach to litigation matters and provides strong representation of her clients during disputes.
In her employment law practice, Lyndsay practices in affiliation with Levitt Sheikh Chaudhri Swann, a leading employment boutique law firm in Toronto. Lyndsay acts for employers and employees in an array of matters, including wrongful dismissals and disputes relating to the employment relationship.
Passionate about personal and professional development, Lyndsay has been a member of the Hamilton Law Association’s New Lawyers Subcommittee since 2018, where she assists in organizing speakers’ series and professional development opportunities for emerging lawyers.
Lyndsay received her JD from the University of Alberta, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2017. While pursuing her law degree, Lyndsay volunteered as a litigator for Student Legal Services, where she represented and advocated on behalf of low-income community members.
An adventurer passionate about people and our planet, Lyndsay spends her free time hiking new trails with friends, traveling, and getting creative with DIY projects.
